Annual General Membership Meeting To Be Held via Zoom on Thursday, June 20th at 8:00pm

Nominations for all Board positions are due by Noon on Sunday, June 16th

MNJYSA will hold its Annual General Membership meeting on Thursday, June 20th at 8:00pm via Zoom.  Zoom information will be sent out when the date gets closer.

All clubs should arrange to have at least one representative participate in this meeting.

At this meeting, besides our regular meeting, elections will be held for all board positions (President, 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer and 6 Regional Vice Presidents)

Like last year, in lieu of nominations from the floor, we are asking for any nominations be presented through your club, to your RVP, and then sent to me at suemnjrvp@comcast.net

Please make sure the interested party's name, nominated position, credentials to hold the position, a phone number and their email address is included in the email.

If anyone would like an explanation of the duties included in a position, please contact me at suemnjrvp@comcast.net.

Deadline for all nominations is Noon on Sunday, June 16th.
