MNJYSA procedures when switching League Scheduled games sites is as follows:

1. Game Card for the appropriate Game Schedule Date is the card to be used, completed by Referee and submitted to MNJYSA.

2. Score of game is to be entered in appropriate Game Schedule Date, i.e. if Week E enter score as Week E.

3. Use "Swap Site" under "Score Reporting" by clicking on box provided and save, this allows for the new site club to use the "Assign Field and Time" for their site and updates the League web site.

PLEASE REMEMBER THIS POLICY, AND TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION HAVE YOU COACHES PRINT AND INCLUDE COPY IN THEIR TEAM PACKETS FOR GAME DAYS.
